Cancellations and Refunds – Pixiartworks.com
When you complete a purchase on Pixiartworks.com, you’re entering into a binding agreement with us for a digital product or service. Because we only offer digital content, cancellations aren’t usually possible once the transaction is complete — unless we’ve specifically said otherwise on the site.
That said, we reserve the right to approve or deny cancellation requests at our discretion. If you request a cancellation, we may ask for more details before deciding.
Refunds
Refunds are only considered in cases where:
- The digital product or service does not match the description on the platform.
- The file is corrupted, incomplete, or can’t be accessed.
We don’t offer refunds for:
- Changing your mind
- Downloading the wrong file by mistake
- Compatibility or software issues on your end (unless it’s something we’ve clearly supported)
If you believe you’re eligible for a refund, you must contact us within three days of purchase. Any requests after that window won’t be accepted.
To request a refund, send us a message with:
- The email you used for the purchase
- Your order ID
- A clear explanation of the issue
- Any relevant proof (screenshots, error messages, etc.)
